Some things to remember throughout the school year.
Every day please have your child bring a backpack labeled with their name, and containing a spare change of clothes, for spills or bathroom accidents.
Every day send a healthy snack, and drink with your child. Please see me about special birthday snacks.
Please be aware of the class hours, and the school business hours:
3 year old class Tuesday, Thursdays 9:00 am to 11:30 am
4 year old class Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:00 am to 11:30 am
Afternoon class Monday through Thursday 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Early and late arrivals and departures add confusion to my and your child’s day. Early mornings are an important time for me to prepare your child’s day, so please do not arrive before 9:00 am. Afternoons, prompt pickup at 3:00 p.m. is greatly appreciated. I am sympathetic to unusual circumstances and am willing to accommodate extra time for your child, with prior notice.
Lunch hour is 11:30 to 12:30, Monday-Thursday and is open to the children in every class, for an additional $5.00 / hour. You provide the lunch. I need a day’s notice as lunch hour is quite popular and fills up quickly.
Please make an effort to read your child’s calendar each day, and be aware of show and tells, special events, things to bring in etc.
Throughout the year please remember to inform me if your child will be out due to illness or vacation. Please feel free to call me anytime with questions or concerns.
